Why subscribe?

Tenants PAC was founded in 1997, and our mission is to give a strong public voice to tenants and to make tenants a viable electoral force. After many elections over the years, we have helped flip the NY State Senate from red to blue, fought for — and won — better protections like the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019, and are still working to make New York City a great place for renters.

We are entirely volunteer-run, and we provide an insight into the tenants movement in New York City as we head into the next legislative session.
